This flexible and modern solution provides workers employed on a contract of employment by WORKSOLUTIONS and assigned to work abroad for and under the supervision of a Customer – Employer User. 

WORKSOLUTIONS has had 8 years of experience in providing such services by managing foreign projects and customers as well as collaboration with Polish companies posting their workers abroad while carrying out projects in France and Germany.

We have a permission issued by German authorities for posting personnel in Germany – the Erlaubnis Certificate. We provide personnel to German customers on the basis of German Collective Agreements BZA/DBG. It is a unique and innovative collaboration model which requires thorough knowledge concerning legal obligations and extensive experience in the use of a flexible work time system.

We operate in accordance with local, Polish and European legal regulations, including, among others, a Directive of the European Parliament concerning the posting of workers in the framework of the provision of services) and , the German Act regulating the Commercial Leasing of Employees – Arbeitnehmerüberlassungsgesetz (AÜG)..
